Book a Room
A variety of group studies and library classrooms are available to support academic purposes such as group study and collaboration. Current SCU faculty, staff and studentshave priority use of these rooms.
Reservations can be made:
• Online through http://202.115.54.20/ or http://libic.scu.edu.cn, log in to book a room, follow the instructions and complete the reservation information.
• In person at the room and click "reserve room" on the pad, access to WeChat and scan QR code on screen to log in and start your reservation.
Please note:
1. Each room may only be reserved for a minimum number of users based on the seating capacity. Larger Group Study Rooms may need more persons for a reservation.
2. Group Study Rooms will be held for 10 minutes past the beginning of the reserved time. After that time the reservation is forfeited.
3. Cancellation of booking can be made at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the reserved time.
4. Drop-in the room you reserved, tap your ID card on the bottom of the pad, and the door will open automatically.
